For proof, he is releasing a new record entitled ALESSO, an album of 9 songs. It is the first of an already ready series. It is also the first one of its kind. This album recalls and summarizes the personal experiences of the artist since Africa to the USA, but it is also the cry of heart of a man who lost part of all his memories of childhood (with the collapse of the town of Ono-Salci), and at the same time shaken by the bruises, the tears, and bloodshed on the land of his forefathers. Indeed the Ivory Coast still did not recover from the crisis caused by the failed coup d'état that escalated into a rebellion in 2002. " I refuse to witness the Ivory Coast vanish as I saw Ono disappear " says the artist, in substance to exteriorize his indignation. This album thus reveals the vision and a legendary optimism of the artist who thinks that when everything is lost, it is necessary to keep faith in the future.
Questioned on the characteristic of his musical genre, Peter answers this: "My music is a blend of the African rhythms with the Western influences. I think that the Western music, generally speaking, is losing its uniqueness. Its dynamism as regards to creativity today is especially the fact of its technology but not the musical creativity as such. On the other site, the African music genius is still largely unexploited. It misses technology and of course, the instruction to be expressed in its entire dimension. My goal is to bring closer the two poles. I want to bring rhythms of the Ivory Coast into the American music but also to enrich the folklore authenticates African musical with harmonies which can make it pleasant to all the ears. I am very optimistic because I think that music is a universal language. Even if everyone cannot speak this language, at least everyone can understand it and appreciate it ".
